The International Association of General Aviation Catering (IAGAC) was established to raise the level and quality of services provided to the general aviation community worldwide and to aid in setting up emerging markets with the proper infrastructure for catering to general aviation. The IAGAC published and disseminated its quality and portion guidelines at the June 2007 Flight Attendants Conference. The association was introduced at this month’s 60th Annual Meeting & Convention of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) in Atlanta where membership applications are being processed.

The LoPresti Fury is on display at Oshkosh in the Superior Air Parts display. Corkey Fornof is showing the Fury to prospective customers and aviation enthusiasts. LoPresti announces that it has recently completed a new cowling and new wing tips for the Indus Thorpedo T211. The wing tip is a Fowler design that incorporates a Halogen recognition lamp. The nav strobe light and recognition light are located under a lens that reduces drag to a minimum. The longest span of the tip occurs at the trailing edge of the wing improving climb by providing a longer effective wing span and increases speed by 2 knots. The tips are manufactured using a durable composite laminate.

Piper pilots have found their answer to dimly lit runways and aircraft visibility issues. The LoPresti BoomBeam HID lighting replaces the stock unit, fitting into the existing light housing of the lower cowling. Just now FAA certified, the Piper Turbo Arrow lights are available and ready to ship.
