In August 2010, the fixed asset investment in Chinese pesticide industry reaches about USD 3.13 billion, up 86% over the same period of last year. This includes USD 1.91 billion of the investment in chemical pesticide industry, an increase of 71.7%, USD 1.22 billion of the investment in bio-pesticide industry, an increase of 113.6%.
