New Long Term Japanese Study Shows Health Benefits from Coffee and Green Tea
A new 13-year Japanese research study has demonstrated that daily coffee consumption may lower the risk of stroke by as much as 20%. The study involved 82,369 men and women in Japan and was published in the American Heart Association publication Stroke.
