False Labeling Complaint Center Begins a National Initiative to Help Consumers Who Were Sold a Bill of Goods by a Major US Retailer, Bank, or Corporation
The False Labeling Complaint Center is urging consumers to contact them at 866-714-6466 if within the last year they purchased a product, or a service that clearly was falsely advertised. The only caveat is the consumer must still have the receipt, the consumer must still possess the packaging, or promotional material, the product must have failed, and the product must have been sold by a major national retailer, a bank, insurance company, or by a pharmacy.
