A new site is available to enable artists to create an avatar picture. At http://www.make-avatar.com/, people can select from an endless palate of features, accessories and colors to create an avatar face from scratch. One of the four definitions for avatar found on Merriam-Webster online indicate that an avatar is an electronic image that represents and is manipulated by a computer user.
