Sovereign Health Group will soon open its doors to a new eating disorders program at its Rancho San Diego facility. The eating disorders program, which is slated to open later this month, will specialize in the treatment of anorexia nervosa and bulimia, providing both inpatient and outpatient services for adolescent girls 12-17 years of age. The eating disorders program will offer each patient an individualized plan, encompassing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and neurofeedback.

According to a recent report from the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, approximately 40 million adults in America suffer from an anxiety disorder. That is around 18 per cent of the population, with a large portion of them not letting their family and friends know what they are going through. Georgia Foster, a leading anxiety coach as seen in the media, wants people suffering from anxiety to make those people around them to be aware of what they are going through.
