On October 25th, the city of San Clemente filed an amended and baseless complaint against Sovereign Health, a leading national provider of behavioral health treatment services, in state court. According to figures from the Samaritans of Singapore, suicide rates are increasing for those aged 10 to 19. Last year, 27 children in this range ended their lives. It is the highest for the age group in 15 years. In 2014, there was 13 suicides reported for the same age group.
