Time Warner will put Aviation Programming into 14 Million Additional Homes
Plano, TX -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/17/2006 -- Sport Pilot TV, a revealing weekly aviation program about the sport of piloting all kinds of aircraft, announces that its distribution will increase by 14 million homes over the coming months. This is due in large part to an arrangement with Time Warner to pick up Sport Pilot TV programming from Turner Media who is airing the aviation show on several of its channels. While part of a larger deal with the programming giant, this will put Sport Pilot TV into nearly 40 million homes and distribution is expected to grow along with demand for aviation programming.
Increased demand for Sport Pilot TV has also recently compelled Turner Media to add the program to its iDrive channel on Dish Network beginning the week of March 27th, 2006. Sport Pilot TV already airs two times per week in its Motors Block on Channel 218 carried by Dish Satellite and numerous other local providers. Show times are nation-wide at 10:30pm ET / 9:30pm CT on Saturdays and 4:00pm ET / 3:00pm CT on Sundays.
“We are delighted to see Sport Pilot TV taking off,” stated Michael Brosler, Executive Producer at Sport Pilot TV, LLC. “Many people have called or written to let us know they want to receive our show, and their requests are being heard.”
Anyone interested in receiving the show should contact his or her local television provider and request Sport Pilot TV. In addition, they should send their request in an email to info@sportpilottv.com, along with their address and current local provider information.
