Fresh from his 3rd successive win in the American Le Mans Series season opening Mobil 1 12 Hours of Sebring last month the five time national driving champion Scott Tucker has been lending his support to the next event in the ALMS series, the Long Beach Street Race from Long Beach, Ca. The renowned street track in Southern California is always a fans favorite with the ALMS race joining an IndyCar Series race and a celebrity race as part of the Long Beach Grand Prix weekend which is ran on the outskirts of Los Angeles.

With the district championship up for grabs coach Tucker is wishing the Lobos can finally make their mark in the play offs the first time since 2009 when they tied for the district championship.

As the new Toledo Area Athletic Conference (TAAC) high school baseball season gets under way, Ottawa Hills Green Bears will be looking at a promising young infielder and pitcher Scott Tucker for inspiration as they attempt to stop two time defending champions Northwood Rangers from sealing a third consecutive title. Ottawa Hills (16-15, 7-3) have lost all of their pitchers to graduation but long time coach Chris Hardman believes the Green Bears should be sound defensively and quick on the base paths thanks to Scott Tucker's ability to defend.

The father-of-three was 46.The defender played more than 420 games for both Merseyside clubs and Birmingham City. He later went on to manage Stockport County.
