Chip Mims, CEO of Mims Distributing Company, a beer distributor that services a nine-county area in and around the Triangle, has announced that the company partnered with Saint Saviour’s Center’s Healthy Baby Program to facilitate the distribution of 40,000 diapers on Friday, Jan. 27 to local families in need. Mims Distributing loaded the diapers, donated by Huggies, onto one of its trucks and then dropped them off at a central location in the Triangle. Volunteers then picked up the diapers and distributed them to other locations.
